3 year warranty.
We use the finest hardwood and the highest quality fabrics and leather to craft durable furniture. Sofas, bedroom furniture, dining sets, TV units and teapoys carry a 3 year warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered for 3 years
- Wooden frames and structural joints
- Manufacturing, workmanship and material defects
- Foam, springs and webbing failing under normal household use
- Slight defects in glue lines
Upholstery fabric and leatherette
Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects such as seam failure and peeling. Fading or wear from sunlight and daily use is not a defect.
Not covered
- Normal household wear and tear, cuts, scratches or accidental damage
- Damage from rough or unusual use beyond the intended purpose
- Damage from incorrect storage, maintenance or cleaning. Upholstery will lighten over time in direct sunlight.
Claiming your warranty
Call or WhatsApp +91 97475 47462 or email support@asharee.com with your order number and photos. Warranty repairs, parts and pickup are free. If a repair isn’t possible we will replace the item.
