Shipping and delivery
Every Asharee piece is designed and assembled at our manufacturing unit in Piravom, Kerala. We currently deliver only within Kerala.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched from our unit within 10 to 15 working days of order confirmation. Custom orders follow the timeline agreed in writing.
- Orders within Kerala are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Dispatch runs every day except Sundays, public and government holidays, and unexpected closures due to natural calamities.
- We aim to deliver all orders to one address on the same day. Where orders are placed at different times or need custom specifications, some pieces may arrive later than others.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown to you before you confirm your order and are included in your final quote on WhatsApp.
- Free delivery · Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Idukki
- ₹1,500 per order · Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Palakkad and Malappuram
- ₹2,500 per order · Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod
- Orders above ₹1,50,000 are delivered free anywhere in Kerala
On the day of delivery
- Carrying the product into your home is included up to the ground floor. Help above the ground floor without a lift must be requested in advance and costs ₹500 per floor.
- Please check the product for visible damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Do not sign if the product is damaged or incorrect. Signing the POD confirms you received the product without visible damage; it does not affect your right to report hidden defects under our refund policy.
