Returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, you choose how we put it right: a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
When you can get a refund
- Defective · a manufacturing or material defect found at delivery or within 10 days of delivery.
- Damaged · damage caused in transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.
- Wrong item · a product, size, fabric or finish that does not match your confirmed order.
- Late · an order not dispatched within 15 working days of confirmation (or the agreed date for custom orders). You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
What you receive
For a defective, damaged, wrong or late item you may choose a free repair, a free replacement, or a full refund of the amount paid for that item including any delivery charge. Replacements are made within 10 working days.
Return shipping
- Free · we collect defective, damaged, wrong or late items from your home at no cost to you.
- Change of mind · standard catalogue items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return pickup costs ₹1,500 per item within Kerala, deducted from your refund.
- Custom and made to measure pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, but are fully covered for defects and wrong specifications.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item being collected or the cancellation being accepted. Banks may take up to 7 further working days to show the credit.

WhatsApp or call +91 97475 47462, or email support@asharee.com, with your order number and photos. Please do not use a product you want replaced or refunded. Unpacked items should be kept safely for collection.
Not eligible
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or incorrect cleaning after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Size mismatch on standard catalogue items where the product matches the dimensions listed (change of mind terms apply)
Cancellation
Standard orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. After production starts, cancellation of a custom order may carry a charge of up to 30% of the order value, which will be stated in your quote.
