SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

In light of the Covid-19 situation and as per the orders from the Government of India pertaining to the movement of goods and services across the state, we are currently unable to offer our delivery services across Kerala, except in the districts of Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Kottayam and Idukki.  We are looking forward to expanding our services across the state as soon as the situation improves.

  • All our products are designed and assembled at our manufacturing unit at Piravom, Kerala.
  • All orders will be dispatched from our manufacturing unit within 10 working days (minimum) to 15 working days (maximum) from the date of order confirmation.
  • All orders within Kerala will be delivered within 24-hours after dispatch.
  • For orders outside Kerala, in addition to product size, quantity and destination address, the delivery period may vary depending on the terms and policies of our regional logistics partners.
  • Orders will be dispatched from our manufacturing unit on all days except Sundays, Public Holidays, Government Holidays or unexpected holidays due to natural calamities.
  • We strive to deliver all orders from one address on the same day. However, depending on the time difference between multiple orders and requested specifications which might extend the manufacturing/production period, it is possible that some products may arrive later than the rest.
  • We offer Free Delivery for all orders within the districts of Ernakulam, Thrissur, Idukki, Alappuzha and Kottayam. Orders from other districts are subject to delivery charges. 
  • Asharee.com will not be responsible for the safe unloading of the product to your homes. Any assistance required in this regard must be notified in advance and will be chargeable.
  • At the time of delivery, all customers are required to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) after checking the product for any visible damages during transportation. Kindly do not sign the POD if you find any damages in the product or if you find you have been delivered the wrong product. The signing of the POD will be considered as your acceptance of the product without any order error or delivery damages.
  • Any error in order or damage to the product during delivery will be replaced at the earliest.
