However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not match your original order. In such cases, we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Service Team on the day you receive the sofas. Kindly do not use the product if it needs to be replaced.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. You are required to sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) clearly mentioning that the products have not been accepted due to damaged conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
- Our Replacement policy is valid only on Sofas and not on accessories purchased from the Asharee.com website
- This policy does not apply to customized or non-standard sofas.
- Sofas damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Our warranty terms will apply in such cases.
- Sofas damaged during transportation will be replaced with a new sofas within ten working days.
- Unpacked products must be adequately repacked before their return to ensure no further damage is done during the transportation back to the warehouse.
The following shall not be eligible for replacement:
- Misused Sofas
- Tampered Sofas
- Stained and/or soiled sofas
- Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any order once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Refund: Please note that though refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned sofas, it may take up to 21 days for the refund amount to be credited to your account. Also, returns of sofas purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces will go through their respective customer support team and policies.
All sales and interactions with Asharee Sofas shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any disputes with Asharee Sofas , the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts/authorities/forums in Bangalore only.
