Return, Replace and Exchange Policy
We will try our best to create the most suitable design concepts for our clients.
Customers are requested to carefully consider the size and dimensions of the furniture as provided under each product description and to ensure that they fit into their rooms and doorways.
Requests for Return or Refund will not be entertained for any size mismatch post delivery of the product.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with our products for reasons other than size mismatch, you may
- Request for a Return and Replacement wherein you will be provided with an option to select a product from the same category holding the same monetary value as the item initially purchased.
- Request for a Return and Exchange, wherein you will have to make a strong case for the reasons you are displeased or unsatisfied with the product purchased, and you will be provided with an option to select a product from the same/different category holding the same monetary value as the item initially purchased.
In the event that you find the product damaged upon delivery kindly follow the following procedure,
- Intimate the delivery person about the condition of the product
- Do not accept or sign the Proof of Delivery
- Collect pictures or videos of the damaged product to be shared with our Customer Grievances team
- Such damages from delivery should be reported to our team within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Requests for Return/Replacement/Exchange that come later than 48 hours will not be entertained or processed further.
